Welcome to Hens with Pens Life drawing, if you're looking for a classy & artistic alternative to the traditional cheeky party entertainment then you've come to the right place!
Life drawing, also known as figure drawing, is an artistic practice that involves drawing or sketching the human figure from a nude model with artists gathering to observe and depict the human form using various drawing techniques and materials... here at Hens with Pens we bring this artistic discipline to you with a hint of cheekiness, a lot of fun and you might even learn a little something too!
How does it work? So after booking with our friendly admin team, who are on hand to guide your through the entire process, our team will give you a call the week of the party to say hello and learn a bit about your personalities in the group and any surprises or themes you've got planned so that we can pitch the party accordingly. The party will start with some short pose drawings to get you all used having paper and pencils/charcoal and gradually move into longer poses with some competitive group interaction and also collaborative activities. The events tend to develop a natural flow with your group and we'll work with that to bring out the artist in all of you!
In terms of venue, we can either look at hosting in one of our partner venues - if requested we'll send you a list and their pricing and then we can check their availability and book them for you based upon your choice (this is charged on top of the prices above and we include £50 venue admin fee) or we can come to any venue of your choosing as long as it's secluded from public viewing. Your hotel is usually a good place to start some will charge you a room hire fee and some won't as you'll be using their bar so it really comes down to you asking them but we can supply PL insurance doc to them if required.

You'll have 90 mins with both a Model & Tutor to really get those creative juices flowing. Unless otherwise requested the model will be nude and will adopt a variety of poses for everyone to draw under the guidance of tutor. This will be game or activity led by the tutor.

In this party format, you will have 90 mins and a model only, a little treat for your eyes. Unless otherwise requested the model will be nude and will adopt a variety of poses for everyone to draw under the guidance of the model. This will be game or activity led by the model.

In this party format, you will have 60 mins and a model only, a little treat for your eyes. Unless otherwise requested the model will be nude and will adopt a variety of poses for everyone to draw. This will be game or activity led by the model. Materials are not included and will need to be provided by the group, guidance on what you'll need can be provided by our admin team.

Especially for small groups of 6 or less, you will have 90 mins with your model/tutor. Your group will have a choice of party type; Bare Bones, Let's Get Arty, Blended Life Art or Come Dance with Us. Unless otherwise requested the model will be nude for life drawing. This will be game or activity led by the team.

You will have 120 mins with a model/butler only. Unless otherwise requested the model/butler will be nude and will blend a mix of life drawing and butlering. The Model/Butler will guide you all through a group game or two and of course, he will also pour your drinks and make sure your Prosecco goes with a pop! This party has face/body paint provided.
